New contemporary studio condo located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. 4 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue and another 1/2 block from the beach. Located just steps away from public transportation, Walmart, restaurants, and more. Queen size bed, 2 smart TVs with fully equipped kitchenette and bar-height table. Beautiful ground floor pool surrounded by tropical gardens, rooftop pool, fitness center, BBQ, and co-working spaces. 24-hour security and reception. Free parking on site.
The space
Perfect central location. Walmart is conveniently located less than half a block away. Walking distance to many excellent dining options. 4 blocks from the famous Quinta Avenida and the beach.

All amenities of the building. You need to book at the front desk to use the washer/dryer, pool table, massage room, and BBQs.
