We rented Sylvain Tessier and Paule Laforge's condo in Playa Del Carmen, at Syrena. Two great weeks because this condo is close to everything, the grocery store, restaurants (plenty), the beach, and the fifth. Everything is done on foot. Don’t hesitate to rent, your vacation will be a guaranteed success.

We had already stayed in this condo and we really liked it because of its good location, which is close to Fifth Avenue and the restaurants but away from all the noise and crowds. Vanessa is super responsive and the place is perfect for just 2 people to stay or as a small family.

This is the first time that you are traveling on Airbnb, and that you do not admit that this is the right time to go. Je ne sais pas comment j'ai trouvé Vanessa ou son appartement, vraiment reconnaissant de l'avoir fait.

The suite is super, the equipment, the swimming pool, the reception service and the location of the apartment are perfect!
You are close to a magazine for everyone who does not want to kiss you, restaurants, cafes, taxis, they are all within three court distances on foot.
5e avenue, beaches, ferry également de courtes promenades sûres et confortables.

We had a fantastic stay. From the start the hosts had amazing communication, super clear and very fast. We asked if they had a baby bed, they went and got it for us. We asked if they could leave extra sheets and towels, they did that too. super helpful and attentive! the place is beautiful, new, clean and well stocked. They even had an umbrella, pool towels, all the kitchen utensils.
the pool is amazing and never busy. and the location is so close to everything. about 10 minutes is as far as you can go (and we had a toddler so we couldn't walk far).

I recently stayed at a condo in Playa del Carmen Syrena, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the condo's modernity. The king-size bed with top-notch mattresses provided the most comfortable sleep I've had in ages. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views of the ocean and a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. When I accidentally left my shoes at the pool one night, they promptly retrieved them for me. Additionally, the people who owned the condo were incredibly nice and receptive, adding a personal touch to my stay. The condo's location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

I would like to thank Paule and Sylvain for their great availability when we rented their condo. The photos truly represent their beautiful condo. Well soundproofed, close to all the shops and good restaurants, I recommend it! 🌵

This accommodation is excellent! Everything is as in the photos that are shown in the ad!
Location wise, there is a Walmart a block away and a few blocks away is 5th avenue and also where the collectives are taken to go to Tulum and other places!
The accommodation is very well equipped, there was toilet paper, drinking water, towels for the swimming pool, everything is available!
A very good thing is that there is a 24 hour guard, this gives a lot of peace and quiet but the area is also very quiet to walk around even at night!
Maria was always very attentive to our questions and gave us lots of directions, she was very clear and described to us how to get there on foot from the ADO terminal in great detail!
I would definitely come back to stay here

I really, really enjoyed this stay. The apartment looks like the advertisement. The facilities are excellent, I had coffee on the balcony every morning and really enjoyed the pool.
The location is perfect, you had great restaurants and grocery stores nearby and it's close enough to 5th if you want to enjoy that area. I was a solo traveler and felt safe day and night. I recommend it.
