Syrena 306 is an elegant and cozy one bedroom studio apartment in a beautiful newer building. The furnishings and king bed are tasteful, roomy, and incredibly comfortable. The living room and bedroom are designed to create the feel of completely different rooms (instead of the typical open hotel room) uniquely separated by a few steps and partial wall with seated counter for eating, working, watching television, or enjoying the view of the courtyard. There are large flatscreen televisions in both the living room and the bedroom with upgraded fast Wi-Fi. You will be amazed at the amount of cabinetry and storage throughout this condo, especially suited for long-term living.

The kitchen provides amenities for refigeration, coffee making, microwaving, and cooking, along with a special reverse osmosis water filtering system installed in this unit so there is no need to purchase and transport bottled water! 

The spacious terrace has a lovely relaxing view of tropical greenery with a table and four comfortable chairs to enjoy relaxing, dining, or working remotely. 

The bathroom and shower are quite large for any studio apartment with large over the counter and full length mirrors. 

The 306 unit entry door is custom made of a sound deadening material to shut out the city noise and has a special security Lockley code system installed with unique codes that are changed for each tenants stay. This provides better security with no ability for anyone to retain a key for unauthorized access.
