• On-site laundry facilities, located on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors (open from 7 am to 10 pm).

• Gym located on the rooftop (7th floor) open from 7 am to 8 pm (appropriate gym attire required).

• Rooftop Pool located on the 7th floor and is open from 9 am to 10 pm. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must not be left unattended.

• BBQ area: first come, first served, no reservations. No glass or ceramic items allowed in this area.

Additional Notes

• The reception cannot hold individual luggage, cash, or personal valuables.

• Maximum occupancy per apartment is 4 persons.

• Visitors are allowed from 9 am to 10 pm. All visitors must register at the reception, and once the maximum occupancy per apartment has been reached, no further visitors will be allowed.

• Unauthorized parties or gatherings are prohibited.

• Hanging towels, clothing, or personal items on the railings is prohibited.

• Loud music is prohibited.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult in common areas, pools, and hallways.

• Only 1 car is allowed to park in the garage per unit.

• Leaving trash bags or personal items in the hallways or outside the apartment door is prohibited. There is a garbage chute located next to the elevator as well as a garbage container in the garage for larger trash items.
